I recommend some changes in the patient chart where we can start with a a diagnosis box on the left representing the patient conditions and existing restorations then another box on the right to it representing treatment plan ( whether the patient will do or postpone )not correlated with financials then a third box for actual procedures that will be later classified into planned , in

process and completed and this procedure box will be correlated to financials as this is the actual that the patient will do
