A chart “for each step within the procedure” is added separately and not for the procedure as a whole
It contains laser session information such as
  • The speed used on the device (Hz)
  • Pulse duration
  • Tractor grade
  • Did the reviewer sunbathe (tan) the skin?
  • Does he suffer from skin diseases?
  • The presence of allergy
And the possibility of adding such questions based on the method of work in each clinic
And the possibility of writing notes in a free form
Of course, this information is separate for each step within the procedure and not for the procedure as a whole
Because this information is needed by the laser technician in each review to return to the auditor's history and find out the information previously entered to complete the treatment based on it
