Please find a way to backup the data on the system

The proposal is as follows:

There is a button that works as a backup within a specified period so that exporting the backup is in Excel format for ease

So that it includes all program data

A Back Up Is Important For Such Huge Data We Are Using, My Suggestion Is To Have:

A Back Up Button that collects all the data in the software in the form of Excell Sheet within an identified period of time.
