we need to make fixed quotation templates to send them to any patient 
e.g fixed quotation to any patient who will make 3 implants / ortho with impacted canines/ any implant case with 2gms bone/ etc.

This can be achieved on the free forms, create a template from Settings => Forms 
And check the QR code and share it with any patient.
You can also upload images into the form
