الرجاء العمل على ايجاد طريقة لعمل باك اب للداتا الموجودة على السيستم الاقتراح كالتالي : وجود كبسة تعمل باك اب خلال مدة يتم تحديدها بحيث يكون تصدير الباك اب ب صيغة اكسل للسهولة بحيث تشمل كل بيانات البرنامج و شكرا a Back up Is Important for such huge data we are using , my suggestion is to have : a Back up Button that Collects all the data in the software in the form of Excell Sheet within identified period of time . Thank you

نتمنى من حضراتكم اضافة إمكانية استخدام أكثر من عملة بالاضافه الى العمله المحلية. غالبا ما نحتاج الى استخدام الدولار والسعودي . والعمل على وضع خانه يتم فيها إضافة سعر الصرف مع إمكانية تحديثه في حال تغير سعر الصرف . بعض تعاملاتنا تم بالدولار ومعظم مشترياتنا بالدولار

When I give a quotation/invoice for the patient with a discount, i can only add a total discount for all procedures. This is a problem for me because not all procedures are subjected to the same amount of discounts. For example, if a quotation contains surgical procedures and fixed prosthetics, I can give the patient a 50% discount for the surgeries but I can’t give the same amount of discount to the prosthesis. The maximum discount I give for a prosthesis is 20%. It is important to link each operation to its precise discount to be able to give the patient a precise payment plan for his treatment plan especially if it will be carried out on multiple stages.

الجزء الخاص بالمرتبات محتاج شويه حاجات ربط المرتب بساعات الحضور و الانصراف -لو حد اتعمله خصم او اخد بونص يوصله notification علشان يبقي عارف و يظهرله السبب -تقرير في اخر كل شهر للموظف بعدد ساعاته و ايام التأخير و المهام الي خلصها والاوفر تايم و لو عمل اوردر او حصر للخامات

نود أن نطلب منكم تفعيل امكانية إلغاء ظهور الفيدباك عند المعالج الخاص بالمريض، نظرا لخصوصية الأمر واعتتباره لدينا أمرا إداريا لا يجب الإطلاع عليه لتجنب وجود حساسية معينة بين المعالج والمريض.

(ex, sometimes we forget to update the status from checked in to in progress ) so ,control or edit the visit and waiting time manually as an option beside automatic calculation will be great for that

i am orthodontist , i used to record the progress of patients cases in that format , a table in a note and every visit i add a new row at the bottom , record the steps , and so on , so i can have one place where all the progress &steps recorded

طباعة النموذج الطبي و السجل الطبي لكل مريض لأنه مطلوب من وزارة الصحة وياريت في اقرب وقت ده مهم جدا جدا جدا عمل شعار منفصل لكل فرع وتفاصيل فاتوره منفصلة لأن ده بيعملها مشاكل كبيره برضو مع الوزارة

معرفة مكان وصول الحالة لوجود عدة غرف ولسهولة البحث عن الحالة في حال سأل الدكتور عنها من خلال اضافة خانة للفنيين بتسجيل اسماء الحالات التي دخلت اليهم وخرجت منهم لكل من السكرتارية والفنيين
